RCS and RSM Motor Club are running a trip to see the Christmas Lights on Oxford Street and the surreounding area on Wednesday, 12th December at 5:00 PM. We will take you for a ride around to see the decorations on our vehicle, Jezebel, the fire engine mascot of the Royal College of Science, and our sister club, the RSM Motor Club, will do the same on their vehicle, Clementine, the truck mascot of the Royal School of Mines.
Booking essential: please email firstname.lastname@example.org to book your place, stating which vehicle you would like to travel on. Whilst you do not need to be a member to book a place, you must be a member of Imperial College.
Please wear warm clothing! Neither vehicle has heating or much protection from the elements, and so it will be very cold. Please come equipped with scarves, hats, gloves, and whatever else you need to keep yourself warm as you won’t enjoy it otherwise!
The trip sets off from the RCS Motor Club garage, directions to which can be found on this site. If you need to contact us for any reason, our garage phone number can be found on that page.
Please note that seats are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, and if you don’t arrive on time, your place will be reallocated. Please contact us if you are going to be late. If there is a substantial level of interest, we will consider running multiple trips.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
